Thats incorrect. If they said M1 and M2 no longer apply upon implementation, you would be spot on. By deleting K1 and K2, it eliminates min guarantee completely. It may be a typo, but its there nonetheless. If this contract is voted in, there will be no guarantee once we get new rest rules. This is worse than any bankruptcy contract ive seen.
