Its a concession. When dealing with what is already the industry's worst contract, there shouldn't be concessions. Especially when dealing with the worst reserve rules written. I know not every F9 pilot is bad, but I do find it funny how you guys keep popping up supporting concessions. Must be a culture thing.
I don't think it is since they are adding long call reserve. I'd be happy to check my schedule on my day off the day before my reserve day if it means I won't get called at 3 am. How is that worse?
