Anyway, I'm prepping my application for eagle and I'm wondering what the requirement for the ATP and interview are. I plan on getting the ATP written finished in about a month. I look at their hiring page and it says it has to be accomplished before training. Does that mean they will interview before I get the ATP? I'd rather submit the application now instead of waiting until I finish the ATP knowing that it takes several weeks before they call you. My other concern is this: Will airline apps weed out my app if I don't currently have the ATP written?
It shouldn't take you long to knock out your ATP written if you already have 121 time. A few nights over 1 week studying should get you there. Why don't you send in your app then work on your written while you're waiting for them to get back to you?
You will need to get it done at some time in the future anyway and brushing up on 121 regs will help you in the interview too.
