Yes, that's exactly what I'm saying. I have repeatedly told you there are plenty of articles out there expound upon the reasons why Hagel is a very poor choice and are easily found via Google search. I happen to agree with most of them. There are others here besides myself that share the same sentiments (very likely for the exact same reasons).
