This thread is about getting 9 hours behind the door so you can get 8 hours of sleep and be Fit for duty. Its not about long or short layovers. Its also about bringing your work rules up from regional levels. Just heard a CAL 737 guy talking about his "6 hours in hotel" layover with the long van ride somewhere in Central America. WOW.
