I respectfully disagree brother. The company gets nothing out of KCM. They will make zero money out of it. And I don't want any extra expenses that would cause hardship on our golden goose. (Look at VX), we make money, lets keep it going.

I think it's a small price to pay for a happy pilot. A happy pilot and crew gives better customer service. They call out sick less, are on time more often etc. I'm not sure if customer service is a priority there, but at most airlines it is.
Why single out VX? United, Delta, Southwest and numerous regionals are in kcm and are doing fine, in fact KCM doesn't even figure into their financials...it's minuscule.
