Remember that your CC is now your part time boss and Bill Flynn and Jeff Carlson are your new full time bosses. I'm not planning on doing a drill weekend until I'm through with IOE. My Sq leadership was completely understanding on this. YMMV, but guard/reserve squadrons should be pretty well versed in this kind of thing.
