Well, I can't say I believe it either. However, I can see how it does make since. I too am not convinced that Pinnacle willingly bought Mesaba. I could actually see how Delta "forced" their hand if you will. Which created the spending issues, that created the bankruptcy, thus the new contract, and now Skywest has to go even lower by 2015.

So either Delta has had a large string of fortune for an extended time, or someone is doing a good job playing puppet master.
