Skywest Inc didn't have to sign the deal. They could take their business to UAL, CAL, or Us Air. No one forced them to agree to the terms of the CPA. Skywest Inc willingly agreed to the rate reset. They chose to do so in order to secure flying. Why would they be so reliant on Delta? They're strong enough to make it on their own, right?
