You would be $5 dollars an hour richer and you will most likely vote no on this LBFO where QOL, cancellation pay, minimum duty day and overtime pay are concerned.
The difference is they weren't doing it via a LOA, just arbitrarily changing it in some accounting software for the sole fact of attracting new hires. They could have changed it back at anytime they wanted to. the IBT tried to get them to write up a LOA for the pay increases but they refused.
