I would have said "No Job Fair", but you have the Intern Card. I would have guessed being an Intern would have pulled some weight....Maybe even "Trumped" the Job Fair Attendees. Are you still "knocking on the door" of the Intern Cord. who you worked with during your internship, or kept in touch with the Dept that you worked for during your internship as to have them go to bat for you??
The 3 candidates that I wrote Letter's of Rec for so far all got the email this week. None of them were former Intern's for either Legacy, but they ALL DID attend either, or both, of the LAS/MIA Job Fairs.....That being said, that's the only constant I've seen in the guys I personally know who got the recent email.
While the WAI conference is not a Job Fair, I'm hoping it'll count in United's eyes. Job Fairs are very expensive and I've got to be selective in which ones I go to. If there's no hope in getting a job somewhere, I can't afford to go to a job fair for them.
