5000+ TT, 3000+ heavy Mil, Masters, 3 internal recs, former 121 FO, what's a job fair?

Slightly off topic but...many moons ago, some lucky guys got offers from 2 airlines in the same week, what if Atlas (747 slot) and UCAL called you in the same week, who would you choose? I know everyone has a different situation, let's just say a single 35 yr old guy...what would you do?
