When I was a C-21 instructor I regularly flew into Class B airspace with copilots that possessed less than 300TT. I'm currently a C-130 schoolhouse IP with over 1,000 instructor hours mostly flying with unqualified students...I'm sure I'd pick up the airline business fairly quick but I wouldn't want to head to the left seat overnight.
