In any case, the lawsuit won't stop the list from being integrated. Just maybe the order at some point in the future, but that is very unlikely.
The isl will probably be done by end of summer this year. If someone or some group sues, the law of the land will still be the arbitrated ISL. And then even if the "someone or some group" wins that aforementioned lawsuit, the award will probably only be a monetary settlement not a complete re-working of the ISL. I would not hang out at Trans-Satans err I mean Trans-States waiting to apply until after all the dust has settled. It may be a while. In the meantime its only taking you longer to move up.
