YX Q400: PIT

The Q400 staffing will slow down in the next couple months as those planes get fully staffed. Best bet would be YX CMH since the American flying is coming and it's already a junior base that will get more junior. You could possibly get a line out of training or within a month or two as those American planes should arrive in June.

Too many people think RP sucks, but that means a line will come quickly since people will upgrade as soon as possible (and move you up). S5 CMH is junior, but not going to grow like the YX side. The S5 side is only hiring for attrition due to upgrades and people quitting. And that trend is likely to continue as new flying for United and Delta seems unlikely right now.
