A UAL pilot will say, I deserve a seniority bump because I would have been a senior wide body Captain the last 5 years of my career at UAL.
A CAL pilot will say, I deserve a bump because I made narrow body Captain at 35, flew left seat for 25 years and then made senior wide body Captain the last 5 years of my career at CAL.

Since we are playing silly games, I'll take answer "C" where the UAL pilot will fly widebody Captain for the last 15 years because L-UAL has three times the widebodies. And that was after flying the left seat of the narrowbody and spending half of the FO years in the widebody since L-UAL has about the same number of narrowbody and widebody FOs due to augmented crew requirments.
Besides, widebody FO must be a better gig than the narrowbody CA based upon the seniority of widebody FOs and narrowbody CAs at both L-UAL and L-CAL.
