This is just more drivel being spewed from the clowns in ATW. The only tactic they know is intimidation, and they have their select cronies who are line check airmen out there who are going to try and enforce this stuff. Meanwhile, half our fleet or more is flying around with ridiculous amounts of paint missing, seats that are uncomfortable and have worn out fabric, and flight decks that haven't been cleaned since being built.

I can't wait for this place to go out of business and see these OCD line check airmen try and get a job somewhere else after ostracizing themselves from the pilot group for so long and trying to play uniform police. Your FO may very well be your next captain at another airline. The clocks ticking.
