When will all of the flowthrough Eagle pilots move up to AA? I'm guessing you could hit 2,000 hours within 3 years. Will there still be flow ups around by then?
They have to first go through the 236 "numbered" guys, the infamous "824" then onto the "preferential hires" - basically anyone hired BEFORE October 2011. After all those people have been given an option to go to AA, those hired after October 2011 will get a chance to "Interview" at AA. I dont think there is anyone here who will actually wait around that long for that interview. They will already be a few years deep into some other major.
