JO is a shallow little man with a HUGE inferiority complex. Nothing he said is worth the time you spend listening. Oh, and did you notice his take on the hub and spoke system. "Now that they (Delta) have their cost in line the hub and spoke system is very efficient." ( I probably shouldn't have used quotes but that is essentially what he said.) Does anyone remember how the hub and spoke system was an inefficient system just a few years ago. SW and their point to point system was the darling model. NOW, hub and spoke is the darling.
