Good idea, I like it ... I had another VIPS automation thought years ago. Instead of discipline threats when folks forget to check in for their deviation trips, how about a phone call from VIPS saying,
"You neglected to check in for your trip, perhaps you forgot? Would you like to check in now?"
I couldn't get anyone to listen
