I am sorry that this little Mary hates his job. It is my God and Country given duty to offer a smack down just like General Patton. Wimpy a$$ pilots have caused this frickin mess. Crossing picket lines, stabbing each other in the back, backing down instead of kicking some a$$, and then crying about it.

At this point the industry has to take what it can get in terms of pilots. Not too many really want the job anymore so you might not like the attitude of those that are there, but too bad.
