No, we don't. Unused vacation gets paid out, but sick time just disappears. One of my gripes about our sicktime policy. That, and no rolling yearly accumulation.
One thing that it does do and is nice is that
usually when someone is sick and isn't senior enough to have other options they call in sick. Hence not sitting next to someone for several days hacking up a lung for them to take home to their family. Not a perfect solution but it best promotes people not flying sick so they can (bank) the money.
