The main reason SKW and other did not get the AA flying was RAH's willingness to underbid everyone and assume most liability for the aircraft. It was spelled out in court yesterday, other factors were as you stated, ability to deploy rapidly but the bottom line is exactly that the bottom line and BB is on the record Saying he was going to win this RFP and AMR stating that RAH proposal came under cost.
