The west voted for the MOU because it provided a joint contract to force the Nicolau issue, it represented the only way to get out of the impass on the seniority issue and it will provide the means to neuter the east controlled union that has never represented the west pilots. Forcing litigation will either prove our case once and for all or it will fail. Either way this mess will be over and we will be done with us airways.
