I can tell you with a straight face that we will do whatever it takes to take the east pilots out, we only care about that. We will vote/sue whatever we think will give us an advantage.
The SLI process should start around Sept. There is good chance that none of your cases will have been heard yet, right? You think you will get an injunction ?
We think the fear of pending lawsuits will keep the apa from dealing with usapa until the lawsuits are resolved, we also think we will get an injunction. Either stops usapa from being able to negotiate. On por there will be a fresh lawsuit from a different angle, that should keep usapa muffled until the apa takes over.
