I'm gonna start calling anyone hired between 2000-2008 the "broken promise" generation.
Maybe not VA, but definitely CAL/UAL, SWA, and FDX. Got a buddy at UCAL, 2006 hire going through Capt upgrade on the 737. I would guess our 2006ish hires won't hold that for ten years minimum.
