I'd recommend NOT setting your sights on that as a new hire, and therefore, you won't be disappointed if you only get those lines...if you (and your life at home) can't hack that schedule, think twice (ten times, actually) about coming here.

That's definitely good advice. If you can't or won't hack three weeks gone at a stretch, I'd look elsewhere. But, three weeks is a lot better than four and a half months, with the same crew.
