TSA's contract isn't horrible. Pay got better (average if not better than that for airplane type). 401k got better (still not great). Leg by leg cancellation pay (an amazing thing). Medical is still not great and reserve rules still need some work but reserve isn't great at most places I can think of. If we had somewhat better 401k and trip rig duty rigs, I think we wouldn't be too bad off. Plus the change at the DO position has made a lot of things seems like night and day. Now if only we could get a new FSDO
