We already have to fight that some of our flying is outsourced, now we have to fight the whipsaw that is our FAs too?
Yes but we also get to "sell" FA flying to JV's and DCI and get bargaining credits for that as well. Come negotiation time we really should start spreading that one around. Most of them have zero clue how scope works or even what it is in concept. DL pilots keep the airline together singlehandedly. About time they put some oars in the water and start rowing.
