And if you're stock option pay say, 10%, you should get no pay raise because you got your compensation some other way".
hey would reject that in a second. Management would say, "we need to pay management high dollar so we attract and retain top personnel".
The "Me too" line only works because ALPA allows it to work. We do not do the same job as FAs and should not necessarily get paid the same way.
