And putting them where would have done what? You have plenty of ideas for what went wrong, but your argument for what could have gone right isn't "factual". Since apparently we only deal in facts here, misconstrued and misrepresented as they may be.
And as for FPL - how would you suggest ALPA volunteers be rewarded for their service? You may think they're all idiots, but some of them are most likely nearly as smart as you. How would you like to be taken care of by your constituents while you rammed constructive engagement up the company's bum bum, and bankrupt the bargaining agent in a series of high profile work action lawsuits?
