I want to wait and read the ruling before I say anything. The terms sheet has a lot of holes in it. I can see several MackTrucks coming.
I really feel sorry for the line guys at LXJT. This whole process has left them out there without the tools to understand and to be educated on this whole process. They should have been included in the education process along the way.
