Well apparently they are not too desperate. My friend interviewed this week. He has a clean record, an internal recommendation, an ATP license and is a very talented pilot. Think he said they started out with 7 and by lunch, there were only 2 left. He didn't make it and of course was given no reason.
I interviewed in 2010, just 2 of us made it. Eagle want to hire people and if they offer a interview is because you have what they are looking for.
Now is up to the applicant to keep the same impression during the interview. I have a friend who went last week and did not was prepared for the HR portion. Guess what??? He have to wait to reapply.
Eagle is a great place to work, but the interview and training is harder than most regionals and majors.
