Obtain a private pilot knowledge test question bank book. Every question that could possibly show up on your exam (maybe 1,000 or so) are in there. Do a certain amount per day (20 or so). Check the answers to see if you got it right. If you did not get it right, go back to your books and review that.

By the time you get to the test, you will have seen all the questions on your test. I would just see the first three words of the question, and circle the answer, because it looked so familiar. Got a 98% so it must have worked.
