Never put anything on the internet you wouldn't mind HR or the company seeing. Airlines are very image conscious in the post Colgan world. I know a guy who lost a pretty good job opportunity because the airline found his web page and he had a photo from his fraternity days that showed him going overboard with adult beverages.

I wouldn't be worried about regionals so much, but you can bet a legacy carrier will take a look at your history on the internet.
