I'll have to see how the upgrade situation looks when a class is offered, but I had a fine experience and didn't see any indication of poor morale or unhappy employees. YMMV.

An interview with "get to know you" type questions? Wow, maybe it's just me but an interview should be an in depth knowledge/ personality/ decision making process. Not a ho hum so, tell me about a time you had to fight your way out of a wet paper bag type of questions.
