Rumor it is a 3 way deal with WN, Bowing and Ryan Air. Ryan Air is picking 800 delilvery slots that WN deferred. This is part of Ryan Air’s new A/C order. WN is rumored to be picking up 75 old NON ETOPS 800’s from Boeing Capital over the next 4 years. Something like 5 in 2013, 42 in 2014 15, in 2015 and 12 in 2016; First 35 will be to replace the 717’s and other 12 will be used for DAL growth in 4q 2014. The last 28 will replace the last 500’s and some 300’s. By 2015 WN will be on ly at 3% growth. While this is RUMOR until you see something from SWA officially.
Interesting. What is the replacement plan for the other 53 717s that they are giving to Delta? 5+42+15+12 = 74. Still a net decline in current fleet size when you subtract out the 717s. Where's the growth?

And who is Bowing?
