The FO pay is still garbage.
I swear they said in the roadshow that DH pay was now 75% but sure enough the document I have says 50%.
I like the SAP/automated trading FLICA etc.
Reserve is greatly improved. Some of the language I agree still sucks, one of my biggest pet peeves is "efficient use of reserves" in relation to first/last out.
Some of the things they claimed to be "big wins" like 401k and medical to me are not.....how is it a "big win" if we already have it?
I guess I was hoping for too much, but I thought that with the newest contract we would also have the "best" contract. This is not the case for our section of the industry. I read emails all year about how Airways was making record profits yet we still get nickel and dimed.
