This is only a deal on the LXJT side. They don't fly the CRJ. So it doesn't apply. It has no effect on the ASA side.
But we're in joint negotiations for a new contract. This sets a precedent. And if the L-XJET side gets 50+ seat aircraft (which is obviously the intention, or else why invest the effort to negotiate an agreement) then any fleet with a common type (like CL-65) will be flown by a single group of pilots.
