No, Phase 2 was not complete.
For the very first class , Feb 13th and possibly the second , the phase two cycle wasn't complete . It's fair to say those people going to the April 10th class however are complete , as i got called on friday and my background check was complete a few ago.
That's why some people are getting calls prior to others is what I understand , background checks aren't being completed for some due to many reasons I could make up , I had trouble with my own cause my previous airline was Dragging their feet on sending copies of my training records. I couldn't believe the lack of effort on their part , I even called and explained the sooner they do their part the sooner I am in class, they didn't seem to care much. So for those of you waiting , make sure you call your current airline and any past one to give a little push to send yours off. In my case pinnacle had hundreds of these to do cause so many people left in the last year , so I could see the lack of incentive , as they have up to 30
Days to respond to a training request for a future employer .
Be nice to them has they can hold back your future class date ...
