At SKW most newbies to 121 go to the Bro. If some do make it to the CRJ out the gates, they're usually left on the 200 for a few months before being sent back to Salt Lake for differences training on the 700/900. It really isn't a big deal. The diversity in flying makes it rather fun to be honest.
