I'd reapply, put all information in a cover letter, and send that and a resume in an overnight to Linda (overnight because better chance she'll actually open it rather than an assistant with less operating discretion).
Where would I get the address for Linda? All I saw on APC and the Republic web site was the online app, FAX, and email, and I did the online app and FAXed my resume. Do you think I should email as well? You are probably right, that I should include a cover letter to give some more background on myself. I intend to do that with my next attempt.
I have nothing to hide about getting out of flying, but I did it for personal reasons. I really wouldn't want to go into detail about that in a cover letter, but have no problem discussing it if asked as an interview question.
