There is a clause in the TA that allows the company and the union to amend it at any time. They did. They replace much of what was in it with the MTA, and the process described in the MOU.
I know this gets by you at times but try to keep up will you? LEGITIMATE UNION PURPOSE!!! There is simple no way the courts are going to allow the east to disadvantage an entire pilot group.
