Will be interesting to see how that all works out. There's some beech guys in the NE that want to stay in the beech as they don't want to risk washing out through training. Hopefully if there is movement they go by seniority this time into the Saab. The rumored staffing bid I'm sure is around the corner.
Saab training is done by pan am instructors, at least my class was. Easier than the GIA 1900 initial. Much more straightforward than the firehose you have to drink from on the 1900. If you want to move back down south, it's really the only way for junior guys.
