After quickly going through the schedule (thank Texas for refering us to it) it seems as though pay, perdiem, and monthly gurauntee go up 4/1, and the new reserve lines with long call short call, as well as minimum days off, goes into effect on 5/1 as well has credit for hot reserve time. then anything and all FLICA related or needing FLICA (like higher pay for critical coverage days, etc) will be 10/1.
