They do need people pretty bad since so many leave. Just lost 3 guys to UAL that I know of......Also many other pilots leave for something better, its a shame because they just need to pay more and they would more then likely attract more people and keep people....but they do not care, with two 737NG sims in PTY now they are pretty much a type rating factory.

DEC Capt'n Interview is pretty straight forward, sim, medical, and interview. If you have 1000+ PIC Turbojet you are more then qualified. Not sure what the FO interview entails.....
