But it's been covered in the thread multiple times, as far as the email submission goes, not necessary.
At the latest WAI job fair, I gave my resume and PAQ to the recruiter, she just set them down on the table without looking at them. Maybe it was just me, but I'm not so sure showing up helped.

I would slightly disagree with the cover letter though at job fairs. The three I've been to, the recruiters have all of five minutes with each applicant, they usually mark up and write notes on the resume. If there's a cover letter over the resume, they may end up writing their notes on the cover letter instead of the resume. I would suggest inserting a cover letter with the thank-you card you send after the job fair.

'Course, I'm still looking for a job, so maybe my tactic isnt working.
