I wish cover letters were still used. I'm tired of filling out online forms that turn me into a bunch of numbers with zero personality. If places like Atlas (and 75% of other carriers) truly were concerned with the person and not just the numbers then they would embrace cover letters. But alas, I understand no one has time to read 1000 cover letters anymore. It's a shame, it'd be really easy to weed out 50% of applicants on grammar and spelling alone. This thread is a testament to that.
Fair enough, I'll just keep filling out my PAQ...
