The parking of the 737 fleet didn't happen in a vacuum and I think its going to be hard to ignore and just screw those pilots.
I know there are a lot of CAL guys chomping at the bit to jump over those guys, but they deserve their seniority back in a fair manner and I'd be shocked if they got stapeled.
Absent the merger, they'd mostly end up 747 or 777 Captains for at least 10 years and that should still happen.
Guess what, absent this merger I would have been a 787 or 777 capt for at least 10 years as well. Whoop dee freaking do! Ugh gonna be a long 20+ years listening this sermon from folks like you.
