Just told by the director of ops in ground school, he says attrition is through the roof and they know they wont be able to attract pilots in the future when hiring really kicks in and that Delta wanted to be able to secure pilots so they don't start leaving in droves for United/American. Not be nitpicky but shouldn't the thread read "Pinnacle pilots to get Delta numbers"? I am not sure there are a lot of Delta pilots itching to go to Pinnacle. No offense intended, just stating reality.
